DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Uniforms Lab offers delivery across Lebanon. Our website is integrated with trusted courier services to provide fast and reliable shipping. During checkout, customers can select their preferred delivery option, with shipping fees and estimated delivery times clearly displayed.

Local deliveries typically take between one and three business days, depending on the destination. Please allow one business day for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays, before orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At Uniforms Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality professional uniforms designed for durability, comfort, and reliability across multiple industries.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product arrives with visible defects or quality issues

Any return request must be submitted within seven days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier service.

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or product discontinuation. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund requests for reasons outside the conditions stated above will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene and quality standards, uniforms that have been worn, washed, altered, or customized cannot be returned.

If a product is eligible for return or refund, it must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received. All tags, packaging materials, and accessories must be included.

Once the return is approved, Uniforms Lab will provide instructions for returning the product. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund where applicable.

Uniforms Lab reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been used, misused, altered, or damaged after delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For return requests that fall outside the approved conditions, refunds will not be issued. In such cases, customers may receive store credit for future purchases or exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled only while the order status is marked as “Processing.” Once the order status changes to “Completed,” cancellations are no longer possible, as the order has already been prepared or dispatched.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow ten to forty-five days for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment provider.
